Our team leverages advanced expertise in Workday to create analytical reports, test and implement program enhancements, and configure and deliver the annual merit and incentive payout cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate compensation processes. Your Impact: Advise business leaders and HR partners by delivering actionable compensation consulting, enabling informed talent and pay decisions. Lead and manage significant compensation projects that improve pay programs, processes, or policies, driving measurable business results. Support and enhance employee recognition programs, contributing to a culture of engagement and performance. Strengthen our compensation programs by ensuring timely and accurate compensation planning, market data analysis, and survey submissions, helping maintain Freddie Mac’s competitive position in the market.
