Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Affairs, the Senior Community Affairs is primarily responsible for the development and execution of cause marketing initiatives for QVC US and HSN (ensuring all projects under their direction align to the QVC Group cause strategy), as well as the execution of corporate Community Affairs team member events and initiatives. You will develop strategic relationships with vendors, outside companies, and non-profit organizations, as well as key internal stakeholders (such as Team Member Resource Groups), to capitalize on high-profile events and trends that enhance QVC and HSN's reputation and generate greater awareness of our brands by drawing consumers to us as a leading multimedia retailer. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: DE, NJ, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' progressive experience in internal communications, cause marketing, or corporate social responsibility within a complex, multi-channel retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • 5+ years experience leading teams and managing external agency/vendor relationships to deliver integrated cause marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • 5+ years of project management experience related internal communication projects.
  • 5+ years experience with campaign performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, and summarizing insights into executive-level recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to charitable promotions, sweepstakes, brand asset usage, and partnership agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel cause marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for complex, multi-media initiatives—including workflow delegation, timeline management, and resource allocation—in a dynamic, high-priority environment.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-departmental collaboration across merchandising, brand marketing, digital, legal, and creative functions to secure buy-in and maximize campaign impact.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all campaign elements, including brand and partner asset usage, sweepstakes administration, and contractual obligations with non-profit organizations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, charitable donation strategies, and cost center efficiencies; synthesize data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement employee engagement and volunteerism programs, leveraging internal communications to inspire participation and position team members as brand ambassadors for cause initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices in cause marketing and community affairs, proactively conceptualizing innovative programming and supporting global impact initiatives.
