The Senior Communications Relationship Manager for People Solutions serves as the primary strategic communications partner to the Chief People Officer and the People Solutions leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies that support talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise. The leader in this role will translate People Solutions strategy into clear, compelling messaging for team members, leaders, People Solutions Business Partners, and key stakeholders. The position works closely with centers of expertise — including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and People Solutions Business Partners— to support change initiatives, major program rollouts, employee engagement, and organizational communications.
