This senior-level role is vital for leading lifestyle communications with creativity and cultural fluency. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and driving high-impact storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences, particularly within the Chevrolet owner community. Your expertise will influence and activate strategies that integrate lifestyle brand communication across various platforms while also serving as a thought leader. You will mentor junior team members and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies. Accountabilities Develop and lead lifestyle communications strategy across multiple brands and platforms. Identify and activate cultural trends, partnerships, and storytelling opportunities. Connect with Chevrolet communities including owners and fans. Engage with Hispanic opinion leaders and content creators to share Chevrolet's story. Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies for campaign execution. Advise senior leadership on lifestyle positioning and cultural relevance. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and cultural tastemakers. Analyze campaign performance and media impact. Mentor and guide junior team members across the communications function. Represent the company at industry events and media engagements. Requirements 8–10+ years of experience in lifestyle communications, brand storytelling, or cultural marketing. Bilingual in English and Spanish - required. Recognized expertise in lifestyle trends and brand positioning. Proven success in leading large-scale campaigns. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Strong business acumen aligned with enterprise strategy. Experience influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to develop innovative solutions to communications challenges.
