Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized communications professional who enjoys bringing order to complex projects and building trusted relationships with public agencies and communities? Do you thrive in environments where collaboration, consistency, and responsiveness matter just as much as creativity? If so, Quest Corporation of America, Inc. (Quest), Florida’s largest transportation communications firm, invites you to consider joining our Central Florida team. At Quest, our work supports some of the region’s most visible and impactful transportation and infrastructure programs. We are a team-oriented organization that develops leaders and equips our staff with the tools, training, and autonomy needed to succeed. No two days look the same, but our commitment to accountability, quality, and public trust is constant. We are seeking a transportation project communications professional to assist with public engagement project management tracking, meeting coordination, and public information dissemination for transit and transportation initiatives in Osceola County. This role works closely with an in-house Quest public information officer and client leadership to ensure projects stay organized, communication remains clear, and community concerns are addressed consistently and thoughtfully. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. Experience supporting public-sector or transportation-related projects is strongly preferred, along with strong writing, organizational, and coordination skills. Familiarity with Central Florida communities and stakeholders is a plus. Bilingual is also a plus. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with one day in the office and in-person meetings as needed.
