About The Position

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside our Jacksonville, FL office. This position supports the Product Management division by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop products, strategies, and business plans for upcoming products within the company. Stays on top of market trends and forecast to develop plans that will increase sales. Acts as lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management
  • High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management

Responsibilities

  • Business Support - Reviews product development plans from sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure they are feasible and align with business objectives. Conceives, develops, and tests prototypes to determine the best design for a product. Acts as lead in collaborations with other teams to develop specifications for new products that align with customer needs. Documents, evaluates, and provides feedback on the success of new products. Organizes and conducts focus groups or surveys with target markets. Present findings to management and advise on next steps.
  • Project Management - Serves as a lead team member on projects that focus on product development, design, architecture, and user experience. Make recommendations on new product ideas, provide input on the progress of current campaigns, and review the results of previous campaigns. Leads sales and marketing teams on the preparation of presentations, reports, and reviews. Developments and deliver new product information.
  • Analysis - Sources, compiles, and analyzes data within client portfolios and engagement surveys. Conducts market research and compiles results of analysis for use in new product development. Presents findings to teams and management.
  • Strategic Technical & Integration Leadership – Demonstrates strong understanding of APIs, including scalability, governance, and lifecycle management. Partners effectively with business leaders and technology teams to shape solutions. Help define integration strategies that align with enterprise standards, risk expectations, and long-term maintainability. Serves as a trusted advisor on API strategy, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and customer centric.
  • Digital Product Ownership – Acts as the business product owner for key customer-facing and processing systems. Represents business needs in how digital solutions are scoped, prioritized, and delivered, bringing the maturity and professional judgment required to own outcomes.
  • Systems Mapping & Architecture Insight – Demonstrates strong systems thinking and can model end-to-end flows. Partners with technology teams to review the current architecture landscape, define future state designs, and identify opportunities to improve our systems.
  • Professional Reliability & Executive Presence – Consistently delivers on mission-critical initiatives with accountability, composure, and sound judgment. Brings professional steadiness, discretion, and follow-through expectations of a product leader, earning confidence from both internal and external stakeholders through clarity, discipline, and reliability.
