Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist-CRE Loan Servicing
About The Position
About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist within Commercial Real Estate (CRE). This role will support a high volume CRE Community Lending and Investment portfolio. In this role, you will: Manage life of the loan servicing for a complex Commercial real-estate construction loan portfolio Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Resolve moderately complex issues. Complete loan requests, projects, process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the Transaction and Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff Work closely with both origination and central analysts in the preparation of loan approval documents
Requirements
- 4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to work in office at posted location for a minimum of three days per week
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer or a Visa sponsorship

- Wholesale Lending experience
- Residential and commercial appraisal experience
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documents
- Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovations lending
- Knowledge and understanding of the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA)
- Commercial loan documentation, preparation or review experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while managing competing priorities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
