Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large commercial lines, with expertise in real estate, construction, and hospitality accounts.
Strong client-facing abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a strong, fast-moving leadership style.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for a diverse book of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” level of client service focused on satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
Manage renewals for an established portfolio of clients across industries such as real estate, construction, and hospitality.
Partner with internal service and marketing teams to coordinate back-end processes and assist with renewals as needed.
Identify and advise on cross-selling opportunities for additional personal or life insurance coverages when appropriate.
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and a detail-oriented approach.
