About The Position
Columbus Worthington Air in partnership with ARS, is now offering up to $3,500 sign-on bonus for Senior Commercial HVAC Tech . Earn $72,000 - $100,000 per year based on performance while working for the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services . With 7,000+ team members and 45+ years of industry experience , ARS delivers stability, growth, and industry-leading support for HVAC professionals. As a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician , you will: Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
Requirements
- 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
