About the role: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Deals and Product Counsel to join our legal team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly scaling clinical sales team in scoping, negotiating, and closing deals. Working with cutting-edge AI-first healthtech products—including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Scribe AI, and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)—built by top engineers and deployed across the country, you will engage deeply with our products and help drive our growth. Our ideal candidate comes from a dealmaking background, is comfortable partnering with sales, making decisions, and understanding base financials. You will negotiate with large provider practices, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and other partners to expand our market presence.
