This is a leadership role designed for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in operational oversight, team leadership, and high-level project execution-not a transitional role for those moving from sales or entry-level positions. This position is primarily office-based and focused on strategic project management, systems oversight, and team leadership, with responsibility for directing Field Superintendents and ensuring all projects are executed with precision, profitability, and excellence. Position Summary The Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational control of multiple commercial exterior projects, ensuring all jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Kingdom Roofing Systems' standards. This individual will serve as the central command point for all field operations, managing Field Superintendents, coordinating resources, and leveraging technology-especially AccuLynx-to drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability across all projects. We are seeking a high-level operator with deep industry knowledge, proven leadership experience, and mastery of construction systems and workflows. Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (required)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale exterior projects (roofing, siding, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple Field Superintendents and crews
  • Expert-level proficiency in AccuLynx (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and financial management
  • Experience with construction CRM and project management software
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and high project volume simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead both internal teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

  • Background in scaling operations or building processes within a growing company
  • Experience improving or implementing systems within AccuLynx or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously from pre-construction through completion
  • Lead, direct, and hold accountable a team of Field Superintendents and field personnel
  • Build and manage master production schedules, ensuring alignment across crews, materials, and timelines
  • Own all project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
  • Ensure all jobs are properly set up and maintained within AccuLynx, including workflows, documentation, and reporting
  • Coordinate closely with sales, estimating, and finance to ensure seamless project execution
  • Review and approve material orders, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders
  • Monitor job progress through reporting, site updates, and direct communication with field leadership
  • Ensure all change orders, billing, and documentation are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Enforce quality control, safety standards, and company procedures across all job sites
  • Analyze performance data and continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of subcontractors and field team members
