Completion of a formal commercial credit training program with demonstrated proficiency in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio evaluation. Demonstrated experience supporting or managing commercial client relationships, typically within the $25MM–$100MM revenue range. Growing professional presence within the Raleigh market, with developing connections to centers of influence and local business networks. Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams to support delivery of integrated banking solutions and consistent client experience. Demonstrated capability in business development activities, including identifying prospects, supporting client acquisition, and expanding existing relationships. Strong risk awareness, with experience applying credit policy, monitoring portfolio performance, and escalating emerging risks appropriately. Effective communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients and internal partners at various levels.
