About The Position

The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization at Microsoft, with over 45,000 employees and partners, aims to empower customers and partners to accelerate business value through differentiated experiences leveraging Microsoft's products and services. CE&S is responsible for all services including consulting, customer success, and support across Microsoft's portfolio. This role is for a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect within Microsoft's Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team, focusing on driving partner-led AI adoption. The architect will enable partners to design, build, and scale responsible AI-powered solutions on Microsoft Cloud and AI platforms, helping them translate AI capabilities into secure, scalable, and outcome-based offerings like agentic solutions, copilots, and AI-powered applications. These solutions should integrate with customer and partner data, business processes, and existing systems, aligning with measurable business impact. The AI-focused PSA acts as the technical AI authority for partners, providing guidance on solution architecture, extensibility, governance, and readiness to deliver differentiated business outcomes using Microsoft’s AI platform. This role is crucial as AI rapidly transforms how customers build software and run businesses, positioning the architect at the center of Microsoft’s partner-led AI scale strategy. The role helps partners transition from experimentation to production, from demos to durable offerings, and from technology delivery to measurable business impact, thereby accelerating customer success and Microsoft AI adoption at scale.
