About The Position

The Senior Cloud Experience Engineer will be an integral part of the CTS Shared Services team, dedicated to enhancing customer outcomes through strategic cloud adoption and integration of Generative AI capabilities. This role focuses on optimizing infrastructure abstraction, automation, and scaffolding to ensure seamless cloud experiences.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (preferred).
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Experience in cloud security and compliance frameworks.
Ability to manage deployments and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
Solid understanding of DevOps and cloud-native environments.
Proven experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud solutions that drive simplification and automation, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with product owners to develop and maintain templates, pipelines, and other necessary components.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including security, platform, and network to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
Lead initiatives to integrate Generative AI capabilities into cloud solutions, enhancing the value proposition for customers.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve cloud strategies and solutions.
