About The Position

Sentara Medical Group Family Medicine Independence is seeking to hire an individual to join our team as a Senior, Clinical Support-LPN. Position Location: Virginia Beach VA Position Status: Full-time Days Overview The Clinical Team Lead collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient and effective clinical operations of a practice. Assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations. Supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and performs special work assignments as needed. Support Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Director and other leadership team members as needed. Collaborate with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals. Takes initiative and implements new processes independently. Acts as a role model for the clinical team and subject matter expert in clinical areas.

Requirements

• Trade School Graduate (Required)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nursing License (Required)
• Medical Office -1 year required
• Patient Care - 2 years required
• Administrative - 1 year required
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Medication Administration (certification/training) is preferred.
