MTSI is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Client Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for the comprehensive support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our organization's computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal and reliable operation. The administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring software, managing hardware, maintaining network file systems, performing regular security monitoring, and providing high-quality technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will manage user accounts and permissions, develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans, and ensure all IT infrastructure adheres to organizational policies and security standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to support a dynamic and technology-driven environment
