We are building the digital infrastructure that makes complex chemistry computable, accessible, and actionable in real time. We are hiring a Chemical Engineer with hands-on upstream oil and gas experience who combines field-tested instincts with technical rigor and strong communication skills to design chemistry-driven solutions for complex industrial systems. As a Client Solutions Architect, you will apply predictive thermodynamics using OLI Studio and OLI Flowsheet to solve real-world water and electrolyte challenges in upstream O&G environments — from produced water management and scale inhibition to wellbore chemistry and flow assurance. You will work directly with customers and partner with Sales, Product, and Client Success to translate technical insight into measurable operational and commercial value. This is a market-facing technical leadership role that directly supports growth through credible, defensible solutions built on real field understanding.
