The Senior CRS is a client facing role responsible for facilitating the renewals process from quote to closure across client base. This role will partner with Client Success, Sales, and legal to maximize retention, price increases and the duration of renewal contracts. The CRS is expected to maintain strong partnerships with all team members to foster a collaborative and team focused approach to client renewals. The CRS is responsible for the effective use of internal tools/processes to keep management and internal teams informed of renewal status, risk and retention forecast. You'll love this job if you like to: Own the renewal process from quote to closure, including renewal client contract negotiations for their assigned book of business. Be responsible for closing renewals by contract end/renewal date. Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external (client) stakeholders Maintain accurate data on assigned renewals. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the licensing and pricing models, renewal guidelines and procedures. Ensure any renewal related issues and escalations are managed appropriately and resolved quickly, leveraging appropriate supporting resources as needed. Partner with internal team members to strategize on a successful renewal. Identify renewal risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly renewal forecast. Utilize data to identify “at risk” and adoption opportunities Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure all relevant data is captured promptly
