About The Position

As we scale, infrastructure security and reliability become mission-critical. The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will embed security into our infrastructure and delivery pipelines, ensuring systems are resilient, compliant, and built to scale across multiple business units.
This role owns the integration of security into our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering practices. You will design and implement secure-by-default systems that support engineering velocity while protecting company assets.
You will partner closely with Engineering, IT, and Security to strengthen our security posture without slowing execution. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building durable systems, not just writing policy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or security engineering
• Proven experience implementing security controls in cloud-native environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD platforms
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform
• Experience integrating automated security testing into build and deployment workflows
• Strong understanding of identity, access management, and secrets management
• Experience conducting threat modeling and risk assessments
• Ability to balance engineering velocity with risk mitigation
• Experience working in high-growth or multi-business-unit environments

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and other environments
• Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or similar tooling
• Implement container and orchestration security controls across Kubernetes and Docker environments
• Develop automated security testing and scanning within deployment workflows
• Lead threat modeling and risk assessments for new services and infrastructure
• Harden systems, manage secrets, and improve identity and access management controls
• Partner with Engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and reduce risk
• Improve monitoring, logging, and incident response capabilities
• Contribute to Zero Trust architecture and compliance initiatives
