As we enter the next stage of growth, we’re seeking a Senior Recruiter experienced in hypergrowth B2B startups to manage NewtonX’s end-to-end recruiting strategy and process. We have partnered with leading organizations like McKinsey, Blackstone, Microsoft, Google, KKR and beyond to equip them with B2B insights to solve pressing business challenges. About the Role The Senior Client Partnership Manager’s (CPM’s) primary role is to support commercial growth through strategic sales and operational excellence to drive retention and new business revenue for NewtonX. This position is focused on growing, expanding, and retaining NewtonX’s key partnerships in market research. CPM’s must have a passion for both sales strategy and execution as well as research ideation and account management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an account or project management role in the market research industry
  • 4+ years of experience leading client relationships.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and business acumen; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership to independently drive high quality deliverables and outputs.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own a strategic client book with full revenue ownership, identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities in existing client relationships
  • Identify new accounts aligned with our value proposition and successfully onboard and grow our collaboration with them
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase our footprint within client organizations based on your industry, research, and commercial expertise
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and own client relationships (ranging from Manager-level to C-Suite) to ensure continued engagement, success, and retention
  • Act as the quarterback of the client account by leveraging cross-functional relationships with NewtonX teams to bring the best of NewtonX to clients – e.g., Marketing leadership to get the best content into the hands of clients, Product to help clients best utilize our proprietary platforms and tools
  • Manage end-to-end proposal process for contracts from $10k to $500k from intake to research methodology design and pricing
  • Utilize research expertise to design innovative and comprehensive proposals that meet client research needs
  • Help to design and develop scalable processes and tools that make the team more effective and efficient
