About The Position

As a Client Partner, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and managing high-impact client relationships, supporting their digital transformation journey with Kipi.ai. You’ll own your accounts, skillfully gathering requirements, proactively addressing customer needs, and leading the end-to-end sales cycle for your projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (a must), preferably in the cloud, data, or AI ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with financial data analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Location in Denver (preferred); open to San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas or Austin.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new & existing clients, managing daily sales and account responsibilities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs within their business strategy and digital landscape.
  • Onboard, manage, and nurture complex client relationships, fostering long-term success.
  • Build strategic plans for client success across your portfolio of clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate technical resources to ensure client needs and project goals are met.
  • Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and meet goals.
  • Facilitate management reviews to assess account performance metrics and business initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery for optimal client experience.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Coordinate with Snowflake and Kipi.ai account teams to align on customer projects and objectives.
  • Aside from new business, identify opportunities for Kipi.ai service expansion within existing client relationships and regions.
