Role Overview The Senior Client Manager is a commercially focused role responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and carrying the largest individual growth and retention target within the Client Management team. While the primary focus is on delivering personal revenue performance, the Senior Client Manager will also act as a senior presence, supporting colleagues through informal mentoring, deal guidance, and acting as a point of escalation.
