What We Do Provides a wide range of support within the Trust department. Performs clerical tasks related to the administration of trust accounts. What You'll Do Provides a wide range of support within the Trust department May act as the team’s resource and subject matter expert Performs complex clerical tasks related to the administration of trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee, depositor or agent Assists Trust Officers on less sensitive accounts or specific assets within accounts Makes recommendations to senior administrators and officers regarding complex issues Prepares court appearances and audits Assures file documentation is maintained and current Follows department’s processes and procedures in daily activities, actively identifies areas of improvement and recommends solutions Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • 3-5 years of trust administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular function/department/field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the department level
