As a Senior Client Development Manager, Strategic Accounts within quantilope’s global Client Development team, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving collaborative partnerships, retention and revenue growth across our portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will be empowered to own the end-to-end strategic direction, retention, and expansion of these pivotal accounts, working in close collaboration with the Customer Success team to ensure maximum client value realization and deep organizational adoption. What you will be doing: You will own a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, acting as the client development leader to ensure consistent value delivery, drive deep organizational adoption, and achieve sustained revenue retention and growth. You will strategically drive the expansion of quantilope's footprint within your accounts by increasing adoption of the full product portfolio and maximizing organizational integration to ensure sustained long-term growth. You will navigate renewal and commercial relationship conversations, and collaborate internally and externally on contract structuring, pricing, and long-term commercial negotiation strategies. You will be the go-to internal champion for your accounts, ensuring smooth sailing by bringing together our Support, Product, and Insights teams so that every client interaction is high-quality and consistent. You will develop and execute multi-year partnership plans that align quantilope's capabilities with the client's business objectives, utilizing KPI analysis to manage client health and secure mutual strategic alignment. You will drive thought leadership by being able to present to multiple levels of stakeholders with comprehensive overviews of quantilope's strategic value, capabilities, industry trends and future roadmap. You will identify and cultivate quantilope advocates and champions within client organizations to unlock new areas for collaboration and expansion, as well as partner internally on cross-selling opportunities.
