The Senior Client Delivery Consultant is responsible for ensuring Limetree’s work is delivered clearly, confidently, and with impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning client delivery from kickoff through completion while staying close to the work itself. The Senior Client Delivery Consultant owns how work moves from strategy to execution, rolling up their sleeves when needed to unblock teams, move work forward, and ensure quality. They serve as the connective tissue between clients and Limetree’s internal experts, with a clear understanding of what has been sold, what success looks like for the client, and how delivery supports ongoing performance. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who takes ownership, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is accountable for driving outcomes through direct client-facing delivery. Limetree is growing because our approach works. As our client base expands and engagements become more cross-functional and visible, delivery excellence becomes even more critical to sustaining performance and client trust. This role is part of our investment in building a stronger client delivery function, one that ensures momentum does not come at the expense of clarity, quality, or outcomes. The Senior Client Delivery Consultant brings structure, oversight, and accountability to how work lands with clients, while preserving the flexibility and collaboration that make Limetree effective. In this role, you will strengthen how Limetree delivers work today, help define a delivery model that scales alongside the company’s growth, and partner closely with Program Management and internal operations teams while remaining accountable for the services delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex, client-facing work in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
  • Strong delivery instincts with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Comfort pushing back on clients and internal stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in behavioral science and how insights connect to messaging, strategy, and outcomes
  • Experience working with tools such as Asana and Microsoft applications
  • 5–8 years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, account leadership, or project leadership roles
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated, complex environments strongly preferred
  • Experience working in agency, consulting, or professional services settings
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own delivery across multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Own Client-Facing Services Delivery
  • Own client-facing delivery plans, milestones, and delivery quality for clients engaging Limetree in ongoing marketing strategy, insights, and services.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and open questions that affect client outcomes, escalating thoughtfully when delivery is at risk
  • Ensure work lands with clients clearly, on time, and with confidence
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution
  • Coordinate work across strategy, behavioral science, data, and creative teams
  • Manage handoffs and dependencies across disciplines and seniority levels
  • Push back constructively when priorities, scope, or timelines threaten outcomes
  • Serve as the Primary Day-to-Day Client Operator
  • Act as the primary client point of contact for day-to-day communication
  • Lead status updates, delivery check-ins, and in-flight discussions
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized work lands effectively
  • Support Growth and Scale
  • Identify delivery risks and client needs beyond what is sold, and partner with leadership to scope and support additional work where it improves outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to improve how delivery supports client performance and retention
  • Contribute to building a scalable client delivery function as Limetree grows
