About The Position

Confluence is seeking a Senior Client Consultant to join their team and support clients using the Paris investment performance platform. This is a senior, client-facing role designed for an individual who can operate with independence, credibility, and confidence from day one. Requirements

• Investment industry experience (performance, attribution, analytics, or similar)
• Experience with financial technology or investment platforms
• Bachelor’s degree required (finance, economics, or closely related field)
• ~3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work independently
• Professional certifications (CFA, CIPM, or similar)
• Exposure to QA, project, or product-related work
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
• Natural curiosity and independent thinking

Nice To Haves

• Experience with financial technology or investment platforms (Paris strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supporting institutional investment clients using the Paris performance and analytics platform
• Acting as a trusted client partner across performance, attribution, and analytics topics
• Managing client relationships with a high level of autonomy and ownership
