Senior Customer Service - Senior Client Advocate
About The Position
Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to be the next Senior Client Advocate to join our Client Communities Team. The right candidate will have a strong desire, sense of urgency and the effective interpersonal communication skills necessary to help resolve customer inquiries and provide the ultimate customer experience! This senior position serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Client Communities team and will work closely with other departments, train and mentor new Client Advocates, conduct and evaluate call audits and handle complex service requests from customers, among other tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a call center or other direct customer service environment
- Property and Casualty insurance license, required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Desire to increase knowledge, learn new systems and adopt new tools to enhance overall job performance
- Ability to identify, submit and monitor TFS requests/Bugs and work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance and value stream sprint teams to ensure our products and processes work as intended for our members and agents
- Flexibility in work schedule with the ability to work outside of normal office hours
