About The Position

The mission of the Senior Clerk working in the Duty Colonel's Office is to provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves. Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or it's equivalent.
Must possess two (2) years of clerical experience.

Responsibilities

Provides secretarial services, including typing correspondence, reports, and taking meeting minutes.
Assists with various reports and special projects as needed.
Handles clerical duties like copying, scanning, faxing, and managing mail.
Maintains professional relationships by greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing assistance.
Manages office supplies and keeps organized files of documents and reports.
