Requirements
- High School diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience; or an Associateâs degree with four years of experience.
- Valid driverâs license and must reside within North Carolina.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in claims processing, particularly with State-funded and Medicaid claims is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the Medicaid and State funded claims processing services.
- Collaborate with Claims Processing Assistants and various internal departments.
- Engage in all aspects of claims adjudication and reporting.
- Train staff on essential claims processing duties.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the operational claims system.
