Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
6+ years of related experience in claims management.
3+ years of leadership experience, formal or informal.
Strong knowledge of business operations and claims processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing the strategic plan for the team and implement operational measures.
Assign claims and monitor caseloads for 10-15 employees, resolving escalated claims promptly.
Facilitate continuous operational improvement and ensure accurate performance metrics.
Lead team development through hiring, training, and performance management.
Align departmental goals with the overarching strategic objectives.
Communicate business developments and adapt operations to meet customer needs.
Act as a change agent to drive business progress.
Participate in committees to improve business practices and enhance customer acquisition.
