Requirements

Exercises considerable judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action and/or advice on the clients behalf.
Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).
Must possess a current Texas claims adjuster license.

Responsibilities

Provides technical consultative advice, insight, and direction to customers.
Assist clients with targeted claim reporting.
Act as liaison between Client, carrier and involved business partners.
Conduct and/or coordinate claim reviews as established by Service Teams and Claims.
Develop, implement, and monitor customized Claim Service Plans as required.
Provide contract interpretation and analysis as it relates to available coverages.
Assist with Client claim issues, concerns and problem.
Develop and/or facilitate customized internal/external training programs.
Provide technical/service training to internal and external customers.
Assesses and answers inquiries regarding claim adjudication.
