It requires extensive interaction with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. The Senior Claims Adjuster will provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process. They will handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements, and document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file.
