About The Position

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will lead organizational change initiatives by developing and executing communication strategies across multiple formats. Rate Range: $67/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Senior Change Manager job responsibilities include: Lead organizational change initiatives by applying proven change management principles and methodologies. Develop and execute communication strategies using multiple formats such as email, PPT, SharePoint, newsletters, videos, and infographics. Create visually compelling content to support storytelling, leveraging graphic design tools and Adobe Suite applications. Implement and manage digital adoption tools (e.g., Gainsight, WalkMe) and develop related content for user engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of change initiatives. Monitor and measure change effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's or certification in Change Management is a plus). Minimum 7+ years of experience in organizational change management with proven expertise in applying change principles. Exceptional communication skills across multiple formats (email, PPT, SharePoint, video, infographics) and ability to craft compelling narratives.
