THE ROLE As a Change Manager within the Integrated Operations PMO, you'll be a key driver of success for our most critical Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) transformations. This role is about ensuring that our revenue teams, partners, and customer-facing organizations are not just ready for change, but are also enthusiastic adopters. You will be the trusted advisor who partners with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption and maximize the value of these strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated ability to manage organizational change across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management and program/project methodologies, with skills in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
  • A certified professional in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on adoption success.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management lifecycle fpr parts of our Sales and GTM transformation, from strategy development to measuring adoption and sustained results for sales and GTM initiatives.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage resistance, build trust, and ensure seamless alignment and readiness for transformational programs.
  • Translate complex technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts that are easily understood and actionable by all stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver compelling communications and create feedback loops to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement across the PMO’s Change Management practice.
