Job Summary Responsible for supporting the Change Management Office (CMO) in the assessment and management of change management efforts at the system level and at the project level. Provide training to create a culture of change management. Plan, direct, and coordinate large to medium change management efforts in various functional areas within or across several locations. Typically reports to the Network Performance Team – Performance Improvement (NPT-PI) Leadership.
