The Role The Senior Center Manager role oversees daily clinic operations, staff leadership, patient experience, and operational performance to ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead center teams, monitor performance metrics, and help drive operational excellence across your assigned locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office environment
- Strong operational, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Experience managing clinic operations, staff performance, and patient experience initiatives
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient center
- Monitor patient flow, clinic performance, and patient experience
- Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and team development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Manage scheduling, staffing patterns, and operational resources
- Analyze clinic metrics and implement improvements to workflow and performance
- Support referral development and community engagement initiatives
