Job SummaryJoin Chartwells as the Senior Catering Sales Manager for a flagship university account servicing the University of Chicago community. This role will lead catering sales and ensure the proper administration of events. This is a full-time role responsible for driving catering sales, building client relationships, and managing events from initial inquiry through execution. The schedule is flexible and based on event needs, which may include evenings or weekends, while maintaining a standard full-time workload. This role works closely with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless event delivery, exceptional guest experiences, and achievement of revenue goals.
