The ideal candidate will bring proven wedding sales experience and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable events and exceptional client experiences. Prior catering sales experience is required. Hotel catering sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Marriott systems and standards is a plus, but not required. This role typically follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule; however, flexibility is essential based on business demands and client needs. The Senior Catering Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing banquet food and beverage revenue, meeting room rental revenue, and guest room revenue, while consistently delivering exceptional service. This position works closely with all hotel departments to ensure the seamless execution of group and event experiences and to strengthen the hotel’s reputation in both the business and social markets.
