Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryThe Senior Catering Manager (sales and operations) is responsible for the successful execution of all catering events. This position supervises sales and event order communications, scheduling and training of service staff, planning, delivery, setup, cleanup, and proper invoicing for all daily events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in catering
  • Experience booking events, developing menus, pricing contracts, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise food preparation, service, and event cleanup
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high standards of quality and service

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all catering events
  • Oversee catering operations including logistics, quality improvement, sanitation, and facility-related activities
  • Collaborate with the Chef in creating menus
  • Train catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service
  • Track and monitor labor and food costs for each event
  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, customers, and associates while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Support all foodservice-related activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
