The beautiful Hilton Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Catering Sales Manager to join their dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work at one of the only Hilton-managed corporate properties in Minnesota, partnering closely with an exceptional Director of Catering & Events in a collaborative, high-performing environment. In this role, the Senior Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for booking and servicing large, high-profile social and corporate events, delivering memorable experiences while driving revenue and exceeding client expectations. What will I be doing? As Senior Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the development of market segment(s) including solicitation of new customer relationships, negotiation of business through proposals and contracts to close business. Creative design of menus and events to maximize revenue and event experience. Maintain existing relationships with corporate and social accounts. Fostering all internal customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the contracting, pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events. This position primarily handles complex social events. Directs event logistics to affected departments and team members responsible for event execution. Serve as the primary contact and is responsible for his/her experience. May support and act on the behalf of the Director of Catering and Events
