Overview We are looking for a Catastrophe Risk Senior Analyst or AVP (depending on level) to join our reinsurance analytics team. In this role, you’ll work closely with brokers and clients to provide insights and solutions that help manage catastrophe risks. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and making a real difference for our clients. How you'll make an impact You’ll play a key role in helping clients understand and manage their exposure to catastrophic events. From auditing data to running multi-model analyses, you’ll provide clear insights and solutions. You’ll also present your findings to brokers, clients, and reinsurers, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate with broking teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and prospects. You’ll also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow.

Requirements

  • Experienced in catastrophe modeling, with a strong background in RMS and Verisk software.
  • Passionate about understanding risks and hazards, and you enjoy solving complex problems.
  • At least five years of relevant experience and a degree or equivalent experience.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering excellent service.
