About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Career Development Specialist to join our Organizational Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing career development programs that align employee growth with organizational goals, ensuring that career paths are clear, attainable, and impactful for all team members. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of job analysis, and the ability to collaborate with leadership to create development opportunities that drive individual and company success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in career development, talent management, or organizational development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of job analysis methods, competency modeling, and career pathing.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with employees and leadership at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess current organizational needs and develop impactful career development solutions.
  • Familiarity with talent management software (UKG) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in executing programs.
  • A passion for employee growth and helping others realize their full potential within an organization.
