About The Position

BlueDot Cares is launching in Chapel Hill and Durham, and is seeking a founding Senior Care Advisor to build the home care market. This is a B2B healthcare sales role for an individual who thrives in field-based work, focusing on building referral relationships with various healthcare entities such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and physicians. The role also involves conducting discovery calls and in-home assessments with families to secure new home care clients. The Senior Care Advisor will partner with the Home Care Director and Senior Placement Advisor to foster territory growth and will be responsible for selling and educating clients on the company's unique GUIDE Dementia Program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, or medical sales.
  • Hunter mentality with a proven track record of building referral-based pipelines and closing sales.
  • Relationship-driven, with the ability to earn trust.
  • Ownership mindset, managing the territory as if it were your own business.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 10–15 in-person sales calls per day to hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, home health, hospice, physicians, geriatric care managers, and elder law attorneys.
  • Execute the 52 Weeks Marketing System, including weekly routes, monthly themes, and consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-home assessments with families.
  • Close new home care clients.
  • Partner with the Home Care Director and Senior Placement Advisor on territory growth.
  • Sell and educate on the GUIDE Dementia Program.
