Senior Care Advisor

Preferred Care at Home of North NashvilleHendersonville, TN
Onsite

About The Position

At Preferred Care at Home, families often reach out when they are feeling stressed and scared, navigating a new and often overwhelming phase of life. As a Senior Care Advisor, you are a vital source of calm and professional support. You will be the first face of the agency that families see, the person who sits at their kitchen table, listens to their worries with a genuine and helpful heart, and helps them create a plan that provides both dignity for their loved one and a deep sense of relief for the family.

Requirements

  • Senior Care Experience: You have a background in nursing, social work, or a similar field and understand the delicate nature of senior care conversations.
  • Mission-Driven Values: You believe in doing the right thing for the right reasons.
  • Professionalism & Ownership: You have a professional demeanor, a valid driver’s license, and a desire to take ownership of your role.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort with Technology: While not required, experience in data analysis is a major plus. We value those who can look at information and help us make smarter, more helpful marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Compassionate Consultations: You’ll meet with 3-6 families each week. This isn't about a "sale"; it's about being a solution-oriented advocate who leaves every family better than you found them.
  • Persistent Advocacy: You’ll stay connected with families who have reached out to us, providing the gentle follow-up they need until they are ready to begin care.
  • Community Presence: Working alongside our Director of Marketing, you’ll help Preferred Care at Home stay top-of-mind by attending local events and identifying trends in senior care.
  • Relationship Building: You will spend time nurturing genuine partnerships with local organizations like rehab centers and doctors' offices, ensuring we are their most trusted referral choice.
  • Careful Coordination: You’ll ensure that every "little detail" a family shares with you is clearly communicated to our operations team for a seamless start to care.

Benefits

  • An Award-Winning Team: We are proud to be a Top 100 Agency Nationwide and have been recognized as a Tennessean Top Workplace for two consecutive years.
  • Human Touch: We prioritize the human connection over paperwork. Your success is measured by the peace of mind you bring to a daughter, son, or spouse.
  • A Supportive Culture: We are a close-knit team of seven that values a "no-drama" environment where we "look for and share goodness" every single day.
  • Compensation: Estimated total earnings of $47,000 – $73,000+ (includes a $47k–$50k base salary plus performance incentives).
  • Rewarding Growth: We love to reward the growth you bring to our mission.
  • Benefits: Simple IRA with company match, flexible PTO, and a supportive, award-winning atmosphere.
  • Lasting Impact: The deep satisfaction of knowing your work directly improves the lives of families across middle Tennessee.
