About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of campus/university recruiting experience, with a proven track record of managing strategic recruiting programs for investment or financial services teams.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior business leaders and influence stakeholders across different functions.
  • Innovation: Track record of developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies and programs that deliver measurable results.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with universities, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leveraging data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Event Management: Proven expertise in planning and executing campus conferences, events, and other recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the full-cycle campus recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates within investment teams.
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to align recruiting strategies with the specific needs of our investment teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top universities, including faculty, career services, and student organizations, to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Design and oversee a best-in-class internship program tailored to the unique needs of Millennium’s investment teams, ensuring alignment with the firm’s values and objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events, ensuring they reflect Millennium’s brand and attract top-tier talent.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for managers and stakeholders throughout the recruiting process and summer internship programs.
  • Develop metrics to measure program success and regularly communicate insights and updates to stakeholders.
  • Innovate and implement new strategies to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen Millennium’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruiting process and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance and support for all aspects of campus recruiting and internship programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and the investment teams, to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and optimize processes.
  • Manage candidate tracking and reporting using Millennium’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations throughout the recruiting process.

  • The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $250,000, specific to New York, and subject to change.
