About The Position

This role is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to translate messaging into compelling, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The position offers ownership of end-to-end campaign management—from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization. You will leverage data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or campaign marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or data/analytics.
  • Proven success managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort with experimentation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, events, webinars, content, and account-based marketing.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product messaging and positioning into compelling campaign themes and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish scalable, measurable campaign frameworks, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Align campaigns with Sales and Marketing leadership goals, ensuring effective lead follow-up and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, briefs, expectations, and ROI from kickoff through launch and optimization.
  • Develop audience segments, targeting, personalization strategies, sales communications, and workflow automation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and implement improvements to maximize engagement, conversions, and pipeline impact.
  • Explore and test new channels, ideas, and campaign formats to drive growth and innovation.
