About The Position

Paysafe is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager that specializes in the SMB space, driving the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to accelerate business growth. This role is responsible for setting vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture. The Senior Campaign Manager will play a key role in cross-functional partnership, talent development, and continuous improvement of demand generation practices. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or additional relevant experience in lieu of education, required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, SMB marketing, or related roles, required.
  • Prior experience leading Campaign or similar Marketing teams, highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in payments, technology marketing, or related industries (Restaurant, Retail, Professional and Personal Services, Healthcare, Financial Services).
  • Strong organizational skills, team player and project management skills.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction for demand generation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted, localized, and multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective demand generation efforts.
  • Guide the analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality, industry-specific marketing content and thought leadership materials.
  • Champion the use of data-driven approaches, marketing automation, and CRM systems to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and monitoring ROI.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, trust, autonomy, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including equal employment opportunity and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing coaching and feedback.
