Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
• 3–5 years of foodservice management experience
• High-volume production and catering experience required
• Proven experience managing budgets
• Growth-oriented mindset with strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cafe operations and team performance
• Build and maintain strong client and guest relationships
• Partner with culinary leadership on menu development and food quality
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and overall financial performance
• Implement and support new culinary programs
