Requirements

5+ years of experience in Purchasing and Inventory Management
Experience purchasing in regulated environments
Strong knowledge of PO generation and Material Requirements Planning
Strong experience with supplier management

Responsibilities

Leverage your procurement background to accurately procure parts for our manufacturing function based off the Production Forecast and Material Req Plan
Utilize your keen relationship building and negotiation skills to identify and engage with preferred suppliers
Monitor & maintain inventory levels and ensure suppliers build and deliver according to up to date specifications
Expedite the receiving and inspection of parts
Place purchase orders, along with expediting and de-expediting purchase orders according to demand
Keep an on-going maintenance of item master data in our ERP system
Help to lead initiatives for assessing components and material obsolescence and proactively mitigate supply chain disruptions
Collaborate with other professionals to help create products that save lives on a daily basis!
