As a Senior Business Value Consultant, you’ll work alongside our Field Sales Managers supporting the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite of products to perform pre-sales value assessments, develop relationships and act as a consultant and business advisor to our clients. You will be responsible for identifying and quantifying areas where clients can derive additional value from our solutions. Assist our Field Sales teams by bringing a business consulting approach to sales. Conduct interviews with key stakeholders in HR, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to help uncover value opportunities To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on.
